Kids classes are designed around fun while learning. The classes are made up of fitness, strength and flexibility work, kung fu techniques, padwork and games. All adults are Garda Vetted and go through the Irish Martial Arts Commission Child Safety course. Kids from primary school age and upwards are welcome to attend.

White Crane Kung Fu is a martial arts system that comes from the Fujian province of China. It was created by a woman called Fan Chi Niang who lived in Yong Chun village in Fujian, China in the 17th century. Sparring is practice fighting. We do a continuous form or semi-contact sparring. Once you’ve been training for a while you can start to attend these classes. Junior members will do padwork and learn basic sparring techniques before moving on to open sparring.
