What is Kids Kung Fu?
Kids classes are designed around fun while learning. The classes are made up of fitness, strength and flexibility work, kung fu techniques, padwork and games. All adults are Garda Vetted and go through the Irish Martial Arts Commission Child Safety course. Kids from primary school age and upwards are welcome to attend.
