Tai chi is a slow moving martial art and translated from Chinese means “supreme ultimate”. Our Tai Chi classes teach 2 styles of Tai Chi – Bagua and Suang Yang Tai Chi. Tai Chi is an azaming system for all over body health and is a fantastic way to relieve stress and build in strength and flexibility into your joints. It is often referred to as moving meditation. We also practice the martial art aspect of Tai Chi (Tai Chi Chuan) so you can expect to learn pushing hands and applications of the moves.
